What to Know Before Your Stay

A Note to Our Guests

We look forward to your visit! We respect the privacy of our guests and do not enter the rooms unless requested to do so. If you wish for fresh towels or amenities, we are happy to provide those at any point during your stay. You may also request that we come to make the bed and launder any used towels if you would like that service.

The following policies are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Pricing & Deposits

Room pricing is based on double (2-person) occupancy. A fee of $100 per person, per room applies for each additional guest age 12 and over.

Pricing does not include applicable sales tax (currently 7.5%). There are no resort fees, service charges, or other hidden costs beyond the posted room rate and tax.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation and will be charged to your card upon confirmation. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival, or 30 days prior for multi-room reservations.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation before the 14-day cancellation window (or 30 days for multi-room reservations), you have two options:

Receive a Chalet Credit Certificate for 100% of your deposit, valid for up to 6 months.
Receive a refund of 90% of your deposit (10% is retained to cover processing and rebooking costs).

If you need to cancel within the 14-day (or 30-day) cancellation window, the full reservation amount is due. However, if we are able to rebook your dates, we will refund you up to the rebooked value, less 10% for processing.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Checkout: 11:00 AM

If you anticipate arriving outside of standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to make arrangements.

Good to Know

Children: Children age 12 and over are welcome. Children of all ages are welcome when booking the entire house.

Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

Candles & Open Flames: For safety, The Chalet is flame-free within the individual suites. Our fireplaces are electric.
